Our strategic acquisition and operational integration of these assets establish complete brand sovereignty across singular, plural, and international domain designations within the global namespace.
Scope of Representation
Our UltraArtist™ / UltraArtists™ designation is strictly a merit-based status of global resonance and musical caliber awarded exclusively by SATNETV GLOBAL™. While UltraOne Entertainment Group retains total rights to its infrastructure, global brand equity, domains, and proprietary traffic networks, all represented artists retain full autonomous ownership of their respective music catalogs and intellectual property.
Notice to Third Parties, Domain Speculators & External Resellers
Having established continuous global market presence since 2010, notice is hereby given that any unauthorized commercial use, mimicry, registration of confusingly similar marks, or domain speculation targeting singular or plural variants constitutes a direct infringement of our established prior rights and global priority.
No Exemption: The use of a local/state LLC registration, corporate filing, or regional agency license provides zero exemption or immunity from international trademark protection or brand priority standards.
Domain Speculators & Aftermarket Listings: Notice is explicitly given that external addresses such as ultraartists .com and ultraartist .com (including aftermarket sales listings on third-party broker platforms such as HugeDomains) are unauthorized, unverified external entities. Our official network maintains zero technical exchange, hyper-linking, commercial association, or financial integration with these external addresses or aftermarket listings.

Specific Third-Party Disclaimer: The commercial entity Ultra Artists LLC (established years later in 2018), its associated personnel—including Richard (Rich) Goldberg—and the external domain ultraartists .com are unauthorized mimic entities, non-negotiable infringements, and hold zero rights or authority to use the brand name. Richard Goldberg is not, and never has been, a founder, director, officer, partner, or associate of the UltraArtists™ trademark, UltraOne Entertainment Group, or any of its global subsidiaries, networks, or digital platforms.
Operational Scope: We maintain no association with the local or regional booking of tribute bands, cover groups, or lookalike acts operated under Ultra Artists LLC or associated third-party domains.
